Cancellations and Refunds
Because Los Gauchos Outfitters adheres very strictly to our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend that you client(s) obtain travel insurance to protect them against trip cancellation due to medical reasons, loss or damage of baggage, nonrefundable air transportation or emergency medical expenses.
Note: You must sign up for the policy within 10 days of making a deposit for the Argentina hunting trip in order for pre-existing medical conditions to be covered.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your bird hunting trip, you must notify us in writing or by fax. All trip deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will work with you and your group to rebook and apply your deposit.
There is a non-refundable processing fee of $100 per person for cancellation. This fee reflects only the cost of administering a reservation and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity.
For all cancellations, we will refund you the cost of your client's trip less the following per person charges:

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for leaving a trip early or arriving late.

Trip Cancellations or Changes Los Gauchos Outfitters reserves the right to change tour itineraries or cancel any tour without notice due to acts of nature, road conditions, insufficient number of participants or other conditions. If we are unable to provide your clients with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded and the moneys shall constitute full settlement with you. We are not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred because of a cancelled tour, sickness, travel delays, or flight cancellations, including non-refundable lodging deposits and non-refundable "advance purchase" air tickets. A guest may be asked to leave a trip if a guide feels that their continuing participation may prove harmful to that person or to the well being of other guests. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by such guests.
Transfers
You may transfer from one trip to another (same lodge and destination) up to 90 days before the trip departure for a $100 administrative fee, after which time our cancellation policy applies.
Client Responsibiility
Guests are responsible for choosing a trip that is suitable to their abilities, level of fitness, and state of health (for assistance, refer to Choosing the Right Trip; providing Los Gauchos Outfitters office with signed release-Terms and Conditions and medical information forms (Customer Data Form) prior to trip departure.
